Yes! We offer Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages to meet a variety of needs and budgets. We also offer à la carte services for clients who need help with specific parts of their event. We work closely with you to create a package that fits your goals.

4. What areas do you service?

Captivating Forever Events is based in Long Island, NY, and we service all of Long Island, New York City, and surrounding areas—including Connecticut and parts of New Jersey. We also travel for destination events (additional travel fees may apply).

5. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially for weddings and peak seasons. However, we can accommodate last-minute events depending on availability.

6. What is vendor sourcing and do you help with that?

Absolutely! Vendor sourcing means we find and manage the best professionals for your event—such as caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, and more. We handle all communication, contracts, and coordination so you don’t have to.

7. Do you work with specific vendors or can I use my own?

We have a network of trusted vendors we love to work with, but we’re always open to collaborating with your preferred vendors as well. Our goal is to create the best team possible for your event.

8. Do you offer day-of coordination only?

Yes! We offer day-of coordination services for clients who’ve done most of the planning but need a professional to manage the details and execution on the event day. This service ensures you can relax and enjoy every moment.

9. How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the type and scope of your event. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, so we always begin with a consultation to learn more about your needs and budget. From there, we’ll create a custom quote or recommend a package that fits.
